So, you upset Sharapova at Wimbledon and then declared yourself the new hottie on the circuit. So what’s next for this budding superstar?
Well, she’s reached the semifinals of a couple of tournaments. And currently holds the #45 ranking in the world. Not bad, she’s playing fairly well and in the top 50.
At Wimblemdon, she reiterated that she’s enthusiastically embraced the idea of becoming the tennis world’s latest sex symbol.
And it seems she’s accomplished that to some degree. While she hasn’t knocked Sharapova and some others out of this match, yet, she’s certainly staked a claim for herself on the interweb.
Is it possible to have Kournikova’s bimboness with a real tennis game to go with it?
I’m saying, no…but, hey, there’s a first for everything isn’t there? We’ll see if the Argentinian who is known, perhaps best known, for her looks can also capitalize on her tennis talent. Until then, we fans can enjoy both sides of her. (There’s a Groucho Marx joke that goes here, but I’ll spare everyone).
